-Navigating through the interface
-Opening and re-saving files
-Resizing files
-Color management of images
-Using specific tools for retouching
-Using shortcuts
-Cropping images
-Understanding layers
-File organization/management

Bring your laptop (preferably with a mouse) with Elements loaded or just sit in and take notes.
