14 Day RETURN POLICY

Guidelines:

All returns must include an original receipt or packing slip and be in original UNUSED condition with all packaging, accessories, UPC codes, manuals/paperwork and blank warranty cards.

Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt to any Rockbrook Camera store or by mail with an authorization to:

A 15% restocking fee* will be assessed on items returned which have been out of the box and used. All packaging, accessory items and paperwork must be in-tact including undamaged boxes, UPC codes and blank warranty cards. No returns on items with warranty cards filled out or rebates submitted.

Printers may only be returned if they are unopened and unused. No returns on printers that have had ink tanks loaded.

* An additional fee will apply to items missing the original box, packaging materials, instruction manuals or torn /damaged box, i.e., any product not in "like new" resalable condition.
