Important changes & improvements are coming to online printing services.
A Letter to Our Photofinishing Customers:
As most of you are aware, Rockbrook Camera's online printing services have been facilitated on two separate platforms for the past 2+ years. You have been required to log in to one platform to simply make prints and another platform for more creative products. This meant that customers returning from a trip who wanted to order some 4X6 reprints to share and then create a Photo Book for the coffee table and maybe a large Canvas Wrap for the wall had to do so in multiple, separate orders. Not simple and certainly not convenient, but most of you were patient with our process and did it anyway, which we greatly appreciate!
The reason we were forced, (and you were unfortunately inconvenienced), to go in two directions is that there was not a single ordering platform available to us that could perform both these services well. We have been monitoring our options as technology has continued to advance and we are now pleased to announce that a brand new, single platform ordering solution for prints and creative products on rockbrookcamera.com is very close to completion. This new online experience will allow you, with a single login, to easily create everything from simple prints to a vast assortment of creative products from your desktop, laptop or smartphone and there is no software to download.
You can access images from your devices or your preferred cloud solutions including Facebook, Instagram, Google Drive, DropBox, Flickr and more. While our new platform will allow you to temporarily store images for projects you are working on, it will not provide permanent cloud storage for your images. If you are still working on projects in our current platforms, or if you have images stored there, you have until July 15, 2019, to finish them up and harvest your images before these platforms are removed from service.
We hope that you will enjoy this new creative environment and find it more intuitive and certainly more convenient. We expect to be up and running by June 10th if not sooner. In the meantime, if you have any questions or comments, we would love to hear from you.
