It utilizes the UHF (Ultra High Frequency) spectrum, which helps you avoid interference, and its 514-596 MHz range is not impacted by the FCC’s ban of the 600 MHz frequencies. An automatic-scan feature locates the best available channel for you and the infrared synchronization makes the process a snap. There are 2 banks of 96 channels available, which enables you to run multiple sets of UwMic9 systems at the same time without issues. Easy-to-read backlit LCD displays on the transmitter and the receiver let you make quick adjustments to the intuitive menus in the brightest or darkest environments. The RX9 receiver also includes a headphone output, enabling real-time audio monitoring which is vital if your camera lacks a headphone output. The compact, dual-channel RX9 receiver also features, two separate wireless receivers. This gives you the ability to run two separate wireless microphones anytime, by just adding an additional optional transmitter.

Including the premium-quality Saramonic DK3 Lavalier, water-proof DK5 Lavalier, DK6 low-profile headset mic, or the UMIC-M2 mini-gooseneck mic. The TX9 also feature a handy muting feature if the person wearing the clip-on lavalier microphone needs privacy, and a flashing red LED reminds you to unmute it afterward. And the TX9 transmitter and RX9 receiver both have a power-locking feature to prevent them from accidentally being turned off when in use.

And if you have an older UwMic9 component, transmitter or system with the yellow trim, no need to worry, the UwMic9 series is complete backwards compatible.
