Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over $199 in the continental United States

Standard Ground shipping is FREE on merchandise orders (excluding photofinishing) of $199 or more excluding oversized items like studio lighting kits and printers and high-value items which will be insured.
See those items in your cart for specific shipping rates.

Shipping for orders under $199 is $10 and usually sent via USPS.

Merchandise orders (excluding photofinishing) will be shipped via insured FedEx Ground unless an upgraded shipping option is purchased.

Expedited Shipping Is Available 

- Fedex 2-day shipping is $75.00
- Fedex standard overnight shipping is $100.00.

Order Processing

- Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 5pm Central time will be processed within one business day subject to additional verification.
- Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day.
- No orders outside the continental U.S. are accepted.
- We will pursue prosecution for all fraudulent orders. Such orders will be reported to the FBI immediately.

- Rockbrook Camera accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.


Receiving Your Order


All orders must be signed for by an individual at the time of delivery to prevent theft from the doorstep. Please set your ship-to address to a location with someone who can sign for the package.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the shipping box for transit damage and note any damage to the driver if possible. Inspect all contents and condition.

All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Rockbrook Camera within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.

In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. Retain all packaging until the problem has been resolved. Do not discard the box or any of the packaging materials or fill out warranty cards or apply for mail-in rebates until you are completely sure you want to keep the merchandise. We will not accept any returns without ALL original boxes and packaging, blank warranty registration cards and original sales receipt.

Read all instruction manuals before using your equipment. Rockbrook Camera will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility is for the monetary value of the merchandise.
