Our primary mission is to consistently provide exceptional service, expertise, and value to our customers and have fun doing it. We do not simply “clerk” our products. Our selling process involves listening closely to our customers’ objectives and providing options and solutions that meet their goals and budget. We sell our products by educating our customers so that they can make smart buying decisions.

Our customers range from novices who want to go beyond their iPhone to advanced hobbyists and working pros. Their photography is important to them and it’s important to us. Our approach with everyone is to provide solid advice, exceptional service, and value. We carry a wide range of quality gear at competitive prices to meet everyone’s needs.

Your Role

Our people are passionate about photography and are up to speed on the latest gear and shooting trends. Sharing that knowledge and passion with our customers is our daily pursuit. Our sales specialists can also be involved in Rockbrook EDU by teaching classes and guiding photo-walks and workshops. Presenting our products effectively involves a certain amount of shopkeeping so your skills at cleaning, organizing and merchandising store displays will come into play.

One full or part-time sales position is now open at our Legacy store in Omaha.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Camera and accessory sales

- Imaging services sales

- Phone support

- Content for Social Media and Email 

- Stocking, cleaning and merchandising display areas 

- Attending sales meetings and training sessions

- Always striving to gain knowledge of imaging concepts to share with our community

 

Qualifications: 

- Must possess a desire to creatively explore and meet customer needs in a professional and enthusiastic manner. 

- Photographic knowledge, general computer skills and digital imaging experience is necessary. 

- Must also have good math and typing skills

- Be self-directed and reliable, have good listening and communication skills

- Enjoy working with people in a dynamic work environment. 

- Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
