Rockbrook Camera's Rental Terms and Conditions:

• One Day Rentals
  One day rental fees are computed on a daily basis only. There are no half day or hourly rates. The rental period begins at the time of pickup, and all rentals are due back before 6:00 P.M. On the return day (except weekend rate pricing).
   
• Weekend Rentals
  The weekend time period begins on Friday after 2:00 P.M. And must be returned no later than 1:00 P.M. the following Monday.
   
• Weekly Rentals
  Weekly rentals are 3x the daily rate. The weekly rate is for a seven-day period and is due back on the seventh day before 6:00 P.M.
   

• ID Requirements & Deposits

  
  To rent from Rockbrook Camera, you must:
  
  Be present with a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID
  Present a major credit card at pick-up
  Cash, Checks, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal will not be accepted for deposit
  
  
  Equipment Malfunction
  
  If something isn’t working right, contact us immediately to avoid being charged for the full rental period.
  
  
  Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gear
  
  You’re responsible for the full replacement value of any lost, stolen, or damaged items, plus lost rental revenue.
  
  
  Insurance Option
  
  You can cover rented gear through your own insurance. If you do, we’ll need a certificate of insurance listing Rockbrook Camera Inc. as the Loss Payee.

  Call ahead for rental reservations; availability may be limited.
